And given the full spectrum of career levels, and temperaments, that you are addressing, you have been very careful to craft a “safe place” for any and all of us to bring our needs forward. Digging deep to get my answers for the smARTist® Vision Questionnaire has had an amazing effect on me…there is something about being honest with myself that gives me a sense of finding my “true North” (like on a compass).
